What we collect

No online orders: this website does not take orders or payments. Purchases happen in our stores or through our delivery partners.
newsletter: the details you enter on those forms, with the date, time, your IP address and the consent wording you agreed to.
Age confirmation: a session-only flag that you told us you are 21 or older. No date of birth is stored by the website.
Your store: if you pick a store, it is remembered in a cookie on your device. We may suggest the nearest store from the approximate location of your IP address; that guess is not saved.
In-store QR codes: when you scan one of our QR signs, we record the visit (which sign, the time, your device and browser type, and the approximate location of your IP address) to learn which signs work. Your device's precise location is recorded only if you tap the button and allow it, and your name and email only if you type them in.
Site analytics: only if enabled, standard usage measurement (pages viewed and links clicked), including Google Analytics across the site and a Meta measurement tag on the QR sign page. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal and turn analytics off when it is present.

How we use it

To send the emails you asked for, suggest your nearest store, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information. Delivery orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash or Walmart are governed by those companies' privacy policies.

Texas privacy rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Call any of our stores (numbers on the store finder) or ask at the register. We respond within 45 days.

Your Privacy Choices

Turn off analytics and any targeted advertising on this site. Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal is honored automatically.

Retention and security

Subscription data are kept for as long as you are a member. Data lives on servers we control in the United States and is not shared with alcohol suppliers.
