Buying from us

• This website does not take orders or payments. Buy in any of our stores, or order delivery through our partners below.
• Our stores are open Monday to Saturday. Texas law does not allow liquor store sales on Sundays, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
• Bring a valid government-issued ID. Every ID is scanned at the register, as Texas law requires. You must be 21 or older; no exceptions.
• Advertised specials are valid only for the dates shown, while supplies last. In case of error, the store price prevails.

Delivery

Delivery is provided by Uber Eats, DoorDash and Walmart under their terms. The person receiving the order must be 21 or older, present ID to the driver, and be sober. Orders cannot be left unattended. We do not ship alcohol.

Gift cards

Don's & Ben's gift cards never expire and carry no fees. They are redeemable at all locations and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law (balances under $2.50 in Texas).

D&B Rewards

Membership is free and open to anyone 21 or older. Members receive emails about specials and member offers and can unsubscribe at any time. There is no points program at this time.

Events

Tastings take place only at the stores, dates and times listed on our tasting calendar. A brand’s team pours small samples of that one featured product, free of charge, as Texas law allows; no other products are sampled. Guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID. Samples are first come, first served while they last.
